MODERATOR
RETIRED JUSTICE K.R.A. KORSAH
Retired Justice K.R.A. Korsah, affectionately known as
Roger, was born in Cape Coast, Ghana and educated
at Achimota School in Accra.
In November 1961, he was called to the English Bar
where he served as a junior practitioner between
1962 and 1996 before becoming the Master of
Chambers in Korah Chambers. He was appointed
judge of the High Court of Ghana in 1976.
On coming to Zimbabwe in 1983 he was made a
judge in the High Court of Zimbabwe. He was
subsequently elevated to the Supreme Court in 1987
where he served for ten years before retiring.
In 1998 he was appointed Judge of the COMESA
Court of Justice and in the same year he became Justice of Appeal
in the Appeal Court of Botswana, both positions he currently
holds.

ROB WARD
Rob holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Management
Degree from the University of Natal RSA and a
Masters in Business Administration from the
University of Hull UK. He is an expert in Strategic
Planning and Organisational Development, with
experience in change management programmes in
large private sector companies, NGOs and state
departments. Whilst his consulting activities have
mainly been in Southern African countries, some of
his interventions have been in the US, the UK and
Sweden. His change interventions involve the
development of strategic plans, the restructuring of
organisations, the designing of change maps and
the evaluation of projects and investments.
