With the purchase of ELEKTROSIGNÁL PRAGUE, a.s., we
expanded our radius of activity and production assortment
of airport security lighting equipment. Most supplies go
abroad.

ELTODO EG, a.s. was evaluated in the “Top 100”, organized by the Comenius – PAN-EUROPEAN
Society for Culture, Education, and Scientific and Technological Cooperation on a total of ten occasions,
in 2000 then from 2004 to 2010.

The formation of Českomoravská energetická, a.s., founded
for the purpose of supplying electricity to eligible customers
in the new environment of a deregulated and liberalized
electricity market in the Czech Republic.
Its subsidiary is Slévárna a strojírna, a.s. manufacturing in
Pilníkov including street furniture made of cast iron. This is
an old master craft which breathes life into Old Prague. We
produce historic replicas using the original technique of
manual casting.

With the purchase of commercial shares in the company
MIS-ELEKTROTECHNIKA, s.r.o., the ELTODO company
fulfils its intention to penetrate into the region of Moravia and
Silesia with a range of products and services of the group
which further expands with a range of disassembly diagnostics,
maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment..
On 7 July 2002 the company changes its name to ELTODO
MIS-ELEKTROTECHNIKA, s.r.o.
The central dispatch of ELTODO EG, a.s., since its inception
in 2001, in addition to collecting, processing and transmitting
information covering a wide range of activities of the
ELTODO Group, provides the direct management, coordination
and monitoring of all work in the field not only in the city
of Prague, but throughout the country. Only modern equipment
makes it possible to achieve maximum operability.
It is essential, and a matter of course, to provide dispatching
operations and maintenance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

An important day
– the merger of ELTODO, a.s. and ENERGOVOD, a.s.
to create; a company with a long tradition,
ELTODO EG, a.s.

ELTODO Slovakia, s.r.o.
In 2002, ELTODO EG, a.s. concentrates on penetrating into
“walking distance”. The company is renamed from ELTODO
POPRAD s.r.o. to ELTODO Slovakia, s.r.o. and moves its
headquarters to Skalice. Close cooperation with Elektrovod
Bratislava culminates in the entrance into the company of
Elektrovod Košice, s.r.o., which soon gets a major contract
for delegating the management of public lighting in Košice.
Košice – modernizing the lighting brings about significant savings
in operating the lighting system as well as increasing the aesthetic
and optical light parameters.
Negotiations between the chairman and CEO of Elektrovod Bratislava,
a.s. Ing. Tomáš Malatinský with the president of ELTODO EG, a.s.
Ing. Libor Hájek on the project of delegating the management
of public lighting in Košice.
