Response/Reply Docketing Instructions via the Criminal Menu CM/ECF utilizes mouse-over menu functionality that allows users to hold the mouse pointer over a menu option located within the blue menu bar and then choose other menu options via pop-up windows by holding the mouse pointer over those options. To activate a menu option, click it with your mouse.
