Stamp Day 2005 will be celebrated
on Sunday, 4 December 2005, as
part of the PHILAMEYRIN ’05 stamp
exhibition.

conference and meeting centre adorns
this year’s special cover marking
“Stamp Day 2005”. This year, the
ForuMeyrin at Place des Cinq-Continents
is not only celebrating its 10th anniversary
but is also the venue for both
the PHILAMEYRIN ’05 stamp exhibition
and “Stamp Day 2005”.
Free admission to PHILAMEYRIN ’05
PHILAMEYRIN ’05 is being organized
by the philatelic club of Meyrin. The
exhibition will run from 2–4 December
2005. Stamp Day 2005 will be celebrated
on Sunday, 4 December. Visitors can
enjoy a varied programme of free events
during the three days of the exhibition.
The stamp exchange, with over
20 dealers from Switzerland and abroad
in attendance, will be a treasure trove
for young and old alike, and Swiss Post’s

special post office at the exhibition will
be offering an attractive special cancellation
for Stamp Day 2005.

By bus: bus No. 9 or No. 29 (direction
“Meyrin”) from Geneva Cornavin
station to “ForuMeyrin” stop.
By car: take motorway from Lausanne
(towards Geneva), exit No. 5
“Meyrin”, follow signs to
“Meyrin-Cité”. Please use parking
spaces at the shopping centre
opposite ForuMeyrin.
