OPPORTUNITIES Whitehorse Climate Change Adaptation Plan Climate change adaptation is also necessary to ensure that the community of Whitehorse is strategically prepared to benefit from climate change opportunities. The following adaptations were suggested by the community to support opportunities as they arise.
