pre-cut thermoformed web.

WG Series Granulator
Designed for continuous reclamation
of skeletal web directly from the
thermoform trim process, the WG
Series granulators are available
with 3 infeed widths. Can be
positioned under or in front of the
trim process.
• Feed roll infeed (paddle optional)
for processing material in line
with a constant pulling force
adjusted to the line speed of
your thermoformer
• Infeed and maintenance access
via gas springs for cleaning and
color changes
•Pivoting screen cradle for easy
removal of screens
• Low profile, airveyor base with

Granulator
The WG1200 Series granulators
offer a wide range of capabilities
and are ideal for under-the-press or
in front of the press applications.
Models feature a horsepower range
of 20 to 50 HP and throughput
capacities of 1800-3000 lbs/hour.
