To make <strong>Hi</strong> <strong>Mountain</strong><br />
Guacamole dip mix: Combine<br />
seasoning with 3 Tbs. water.<br />
Halve 2-3 avocados, remove<br />
the pits and scoop pulp into a<br />
bowl. add seasoning to the<br />
pulp and mash with a fork<br />
until it is mostly smooth and<br />
seasoning is blended. Cover<br />
and refrigerate 20 min. before<br />
serving.<br />
