Other transactions during the financial year with Responsible Persons and Responsible Person-related entities are set out
in the table below. The transactions cover payments and receipts relating to Film Victoria programs for equity investments,
production attraction, content development, cash flow funding and professional development as well as participation in
evaluation and assessment committees. All such transactions are carried out at arm’s length with the entities involved
and receive the same amount of scrutiny that apply to all applicants.

provisions of the Film Act 2001 (Vic.) (sections 39–42), together with the Code of Conduct for the Victorian Public Sector
(sections 34–37).
A member who has a conflict of interest in a matter must not be present during any deliberations on the matter, unless
the President directs otherwise; and is not entitled to vote on the matter.
