Further Information 9.1 A circular to Shareholders ("Circular") in relation to the Proposed Distribution, together with a notice of the EGM to be convened, as well as the Introductory Document, will be despatched to Shareholders in due course. 9.2 In the meantime, Shareholders are advised to refrain from taking any action in relation to their Shares which may be prejudicial to their interests until they or their advisers have considered the
information in the Introductory Document and the Circular, as well as the recommendations to be set out in the Circular. 9.3 Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited has been appointed as the financial adviser on the Proposed Distribution and as the Issue Manager for the proposed listing of Triyards.
