20-20-20 A class that combines hi-lo aerobics,<br />

step and a resistance workout, complimented<br />

with an abdominal workout.<br />

Adult social squash Ideal for novices and<br />

those looking for new opponents.<br />

Aqua aerobics Aqua aerobics is not only a<br />

great way to get fit but it is also one of the<br />

safest. It keeps the heart and lungs healthy<br />

whilst toning the body and reducing fat and<br />

also provides a good opportunity for a splash<br />

about in the water.<br />

Aerobics A combination of high/low impact<br />

<strong>exercise</strong>s providing a great cardio workout to<br />
