Job Description<br />
<strong>Fractal</strong> <strong>Analytics</strong> is a high-growth analytics consulting company seeking a production designer to<br />
create and implement design for marketing, consulting practice areas and HR in a technical<br />
business-to-business setting. A combination of creative and execution work is required including:<br />
infographics with high visual impact, brochure layouts and extensive PowerPoint formatting<br />
collaboration with Quality Assurance to meet corporate client delivery standards. S/he will create<br />
design concepts guided by client project lead/account manager to reflect the customized client<br />
solutions.<br />
Responsibilities<br />
• Meet account manager to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job<br />
• Standardize delivery presentations as per the client requirements<br />
• Present finalized ideas and concepts as per the clients requirement to account manager<br />
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within cost and time constraints<br />
• Help develop and maintain style reference guides for internal and external teams<br />
Desired Skills & Experience<br />
• Ensure mutual understanding of the business objectives and requirements for each<br />
assignment and ongoing responsibilities with stakeholders<br />
• Customize and tailor infographics to reflect conceptual resonance with market or client<br />
issues and solutions for internal and client-facing materials<br />
• Implement standard design treatments for sales and marketing collateral, newsletters,<br />
thought leadership papers, conference presentations, email and advertisement<br />
campaigns<br />
• Standardize delivery presentations that meet account manager and client requirements<br />
• Collaborate with Quality teams to develop and maintain style guides and educational<br />
reference<br />
guides for internal and external clients<br />
• Maintain graphic library<br />
• Ability and willingness to effectively coordinate and communicate with diverse crossfunctional<br />
teams across international time zones<br />
