Abs & stretch A class that focuses on abdominal<br />
and toning <strong>exercise</strong>s.<br />
Astanga yoga A dynamic style of yoga which<br />
increases strength, flexibility and stamina through<br />
sun salutations, standing poses and seated<br />
postures.<br />
Balinese shaking Relieves stress through<br />
shaking and laughing, which releases mental,<br />
physical, emotional and spiritual blocks.<br />
Ballet tone A dance and fitness class<br />
incorporating classical ballet moves as well as<br />
pilates, contemporary dance, yoga and body<br />
conditionning and many more disciplines.<br />
BODYBALANCE A dynamic, fitness-to-music<br />
programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and<br />
renewed. BODYBALANCE combines the best<br />
of eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi,<br />
with popular new methods such as Pilates and<br />
Feldenkrais.<br />
BODYATTACK The sports inspired cardio<br />
workout for building strength and stamina. This<br />
high-energy interval training class combines<br />
athletic aerobic movements with strength and<br />
stabilization <strong>exercise</strong>s.<br />
Box circuit A multi-station class utilising simple<br />
boxing moves to achieve a challenging and<br />

Dynamic flow yoga Classes offer grounding,<br />
mindful breath-synchronized movements around<br />
a central core to establish stability, strength and<br />
composure.<br />
Indoor cycle An intensive aerobic workout on<br />
<strong>exercise</strong> bikes, focusing on the heart and lungs.<br />

Legs, bums & tums (LBT) An aerobics focused<br />
class designed to tone the lower body. A mix<br />
of high/low impact moves combined with floor<br />
work for muscle toning.<br />
Mum and baby yoga A chance for Mothers to<br />
relax and flex with their little ones.<br />
Pilates Developed to offer a conditioning and<br />
toning technique that targets the deep muscles<br />
supporting the spine and major joints.<br />
Pole fit An <strong>exercise</strong> and dance class<br />
incorporating the use of a pole. It improves<br />
flexibility, muscle tone and general fitness.<br />
Skip & kickfit Learn to skip and have fun! The<br />
most effective cardio buster and fastest burner<br />
in a different style. This class will work the whole<br />
body with focus on legs, bums, upper body.<br />
Step A funky high/low cardiovascular workout<br />
using steps. An effective way to tone the lower<br />

Swiss ball Total body conditioning using a<br />

will be played in the gym. Members can<br />
enjoy their ipods and workout in a no music<br />

Wow West End Packed full of fun, music,<br />
dance and drama. This class works with small<br />
group of 10-14 children, aged 5-7 years old or<br />
