has no objection to law clerks taking advantage of <strong>Center</strong> programs<br />

when this can be done at no cost to the <strong>Center</strong>. Law clerks may, <strong>for</strong><br />

example, ask their judge or unit executive if it is appropriate <strong>for</strong> them<br />

to attend a local program. Also, as noted above, <strong>Center</strong> publications<br />

(such as this handbook) and audiovisual materials are available to judges’<br />

staffs.<br />
