in <strong>2011</strong>, KexP’s relentless focus on carefully curated music and<br />
shared experiences, as well as increased creation of unique<br />
podcasts, blog posts, <strong>video</strong>s, and photographs, allowed more<br />
people to spend more time with KexP’s services. KexP instudio<br />
performance <strong>video</strong>s were viewed 22 million times in<br />
<strong>2011</strong> (including 2 million views for florence + the Machine<br />
alone!), an increase of 100 percent from 11 million views in<br />
2010. We launched android and Windows mobile phone<br />
applications, and a new 14-day spooling archive that made<br />
it easier than ever for listeners to enjoy their favorite KexP<br />
programs when it best suits their schedules. KexP continued<br />
to produce innovative, original programs like visiting producer<br />
8,000 people enjoyed the <strong>2011</strong> Concerts<br />
at the Mural shows, including this young<br />

audiences to the best in emerging and influential latin music.<br />
KexP.org won three major prizes at seattle Weekly’s <strong>2011</strong><br />
seattle Web awards. our latest compilation album, Live at<br />
<strong>KEXP</strong> Volume Seven, showcased 17 of the finest exclusive<br />
KexP performances by artists like the head and the heart, fitz<br />
& the tantrums, Wild flag, susana Baca, and Wire.<br />
