To participate contact the Owner Services Department at 305-535-1645 for
an appointment to receive your photo ID card.
Identification cards will be given to owners who wish to participate in the
Owner Benefit Program. Two cards will be issued for studio / junior suite
owners and up to four cards will be issued for one bedroom suite owners.
This program gives the owners and their cardholders the option to charge
directly to the owner’s personal account. It also oers discounts and
courtesies throughout the resort. These discounts are only extended
when charging to the owner’s account.
I. Membership ID Cards Include the Following
• Owner’s name
• Owner’s account number
• The authorized user’s name and signature
• The authorized user’s picture
• A complete list of discounts available
II. Charging to an Owner’s Account
• Owner is responsible for all charges posted to the account including
charges generated by all cardholders
• ID cards must be presented to charge to an owner’s account
• All resort charges are eligible to be charged to an owner’s account
• ID cards are non-transferable
• Guest must be the authorized signer on the ID card to use
• Guest must sign all receipts upon charging
III. Discounts
• All discounts available are printed on the back of the ID card
• Discounts apply only if charges are posted to owner’s account
• Cash or other personal payments will not be eligible for the discount
• Discounts will be calculated and adjusted at the time of sale
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Owner Card
The Owner Benefit Program cards will bear the authorized signers
signature, authorized signers photograph, unit owner’s name, and the
owner’s personal extended ownership account number. The owner can
designate the cards to authorized signers of his/her choice. (One
authorized signer per card.) The owners may make changes to the
cards twice per year. The authorized signers will be the only ones
allowed to charge to the owner’s account. The card must be shown at
the time of purchase. The charges must be Direct Billed to the owner
account to be able to receive the discount. The owner will provide
the Owner Services Department a list of their authorized signers.
The card is non-transferable and for the owner and authorized
signers use only.
Billing Terms
The owner will provide a valid credit card to Finance and Accounting
for the settlement of all charges. All charges incurred by the owner
and the authorized signers will be billed directly to the owner’s
personal account. The owner will be charged for all charges posted to
their account. At the end of the month, Accounting will charge the
owner’s account with the credit card provided by the Owner. The
Accounting Department will send each owner a statement of charges
each month, reflecting the charges listed to the owner’s credit card.
Fontainebleau reserves the right to change or discontinue the Owner
Benefit Program at anytime.
