possible damages as a result of installing and using the software and the database except in case of<br />
intent and taking over a guarantee. Statutory or implied warranty is also exluded except in case of tak-<br />

If legal, the court of jurisdiction is Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. These terms are subject to the law of<br />
