ART SCHOOL POLICIES<br />
Registrations are valid with full<br />
payment. Register up to three<br />
days before class by phone,<br />
walk-in or mail (not by voice<br />
mail). Cash (not by mail), checks,<br />
VISA, MasterCard, and American<br />
Express are accepted. Registration<br />
confirmations are issued via email<br />
upon request. Class fees cannot<br />
be prorated.<br />
Refunds are not given after <strong>the</strong><br />
second class. A 50% charge will<br />
be withheld for cancellations made<br />
within four days prior to <strong>the</strong> start<br />
date <strong>of</strong> class.<br />
Class Cancellations due to<br />
wea<strong>the</strong>r or faculty illness will be<br />
rescheduled based on classroom<br />
and staff availability, but are not<br />
guaranteed. Under-enrolled classes<br />
will be cancelled three business<br />

Pre-College Portfolio<br />
Development Program is a<br />
three-year subsidized program<br />
designed to streng<strong>the</strong>n gifted high<br />
school freshmen’s visual art skills<br />
for college entrance. Applications<br />
are due December 14, 2012; call<br />
for details. This program has been<br />
made possible by <strong>the</strong> James A.<br />
Welch Foundation.<br />
