The power to consider and approve share transfers/ transmission/ transposition/ consolidation/ subdivision etc. has been
delegated to a Committee of Directors as indicated under the heading “Share Allotment, Transfers and Investor Grievance
Committee”. The Committee meets generally once in a month. The requirements under the Listing Agreement/ Statutory
regulations in this regard are being followed.
