have never used it before? Kickboxing will improve health, balance,<br />

coordination and stamina. Learn how to Kick, Punch, Block, Evade<br />

against opponents. This will sharpen your reflex skills, and give you a<br />

good work out. This class will consist of a balance of well organized<br />

conditioning for your body as well as learning how to defend yourself.<br />
