LANGUAGES
Group discussions run concurrently, several going on at the
same time in separate rooms, in Madarin as well as in
English. Bilingual translation is provided for key sessions
but not for all discussions.
BADGES
Delegates must wear badge at all times. Admittance will
regrettably not be possible otherwise.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is required by return. Delegate fee must be paid in full
prior to the event or admission is regrettably not possible.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of payment. If you have
not received confirmation within 14 days of registration,
please contact us to confirm your booking.
Cancellation and transfer to colleagues must be in writing.
Transfer to colleagues is possible at any time. 90% refund
will apply if cancellation notice is received by 27th April 2009.
We regret no refunds are possible for cancellations
received thereafter.
(1) Group rate
Group rate is per person. Applies to groups of 3 or more
participants. Need not be from the same company. Please
note that registration fee reductions are not cumulative.
(2) Payment
Payments generally per credit card. Cheques and other
methods incur additional US$ 100.00 charge. All fees must be
settled prior to China GRI Meeting to ensure admittance.

(4) Personal Interpreter Hire
China GRI starts Tuesday 02 June in the morning. Private
interpreters arranged by the GRI are available for hire for private
conversations and appointments. Must be pre-reserved on
this form. Interpreters brought by delegates are subject to
registration fees.

(must be reserved before 10 April 2009)
Companies wishing to communicate what they do or showcase
projects, in English and/or Mandarin, can purchase an A4
page in the Program Book distributed at the China GRI. Content
specifications available separately. If interested, please confirm
on registration form and inform us before 10 April 2009.

successive series of 5 or 6 at a time. Prior sign-up is required for
participation, as there is limited seating capacity. While the GRI is
committed to trying to satisfy sign-up requests, it regrettably
