Drive train for electric driving
The electric drive unit 1eDT130 of GETRAG's eDRiVE
product line was especially developed for small-size
electric city vehicles. In its current use, it obtains a top
speed of 125 km/h and aims a range of 160 km.
The transmission with one constant ratio distinguishes itself
by a very compact design. The e-motor and the transmission
are modular devices. The power of the e-motor is
transmitted to the half shafts by a two stage spur gear and a
differential. Furthermore, the transmission provides a
mechanically operated parking lock. By its compact design, it
can easily be integrated into diverse vehicle platforms.
1eDT130 uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 55 kW. The e-motor is
equipped with a water cooling system. The maximum driving torque of 1.300 Nm on output side also offers
boost mode and recuperation of energy in addition to purely electric driving.
