The Extensa Group manages an investment
portfolio of € 500 million and develops
large mixed-use projects in different
european countries.
Since May 2006 Arne (1961) is managing director and co-owner of
ACTEEUM Group, developing shopping centers in Turkey, Ukraine and
Georgia with a total investment value of over 1 billion Euro. Atrium
European Real Estate, the EBRD and Corio N.V. are the major investors.
From 1999-2004 Arne managed Ahold Real Estate Central Europe,
developing 12 shopping centers. From 2004-2006 Arne was Sales
Director for Multi Development. Arne is an urban geographer and
holds a doctors degree on urban development and public private
partnerships.
Personal expertise: Development of large-sized mixed-use real
estate projects. As a developer, Extensa is committed to creating
communities based on respecting the interests of all stakeholders.
Ongoing projects include larger urban and suburban residential
communities, mixed use developments as extension to the
urban fabric and urban regeneration projects. In some of these
projects, Extensa has teamed up with other developers or with
local authorities. Geographically, Extensa now operates in Belgium,
Luxemburg, Rumania, Slovakia and Turkey. Extensa was created in

Nicola have 13 years’ experience in the construction industry at
different levels and a comprehensive academic background. He
is a qualified architect, with a MSc in construction IT and a PhD in
Construction Management. He joined Bovis Lend Lease in early
1999, working as PM for corporate clients in UK and Spain. In 2000
he started the company’s activities in Italysuccessfully pioneering
innovative procurement methods in the national construction
industry. Since June 2008 he is responsible for the Turkish market with
a view to assist local and International Clients and expanding the
company business in the territory.
Mike Collini was appointed Vice President Development for Northern
Europe in June 2006. Based in London, Collini is responsible for
driving Hilton’s development activity in Russia, the CIS and Baltic
States, the Nordic countries and Turkey. His priority lies with the
implementation of Hilton’s ambitious expansion strategy for its Family
of Hotels, with a focus on rolling out new brands like Hilton Garden
Inn, Hampton by Hilton and Doubletree by Hilton throughout the
region.
