Dirk Schwindling joined Sireo in 2003 as Investment Manager.<br />

Acquisition experience in various european countries for more than<br />

400m EUR transactions in various jurisdictions, Head of European <strong>Real</strong><br />

<strong>Estate</strong> Investment from 2007, Fund Management for Sireo’s Turkish<br />

<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Fund. Before joining Sireo Dirk Schwindling worked for<br />

Dresdner Bank Immobiliengruppe, Hertz and HVB <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>, New<br />

Haluk Sur is Chairman of Paladin <strong>Real</strong>ty Partners – EurAsia. Mr. Sur is a<br />

senior real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the<br />

Turkish market. Prior to joining Paladin <strong>Real</strong>ty, Mr. Sur was a member<br />

of the executive committee of Ihlas Holdings (1992-1997) and the<br />

CEO of Ihlas REIT (1997-2006), one of the first publicly listed real estate<br />

investment trusts (REITs) in Turkey. Mr. Sur was appointed Chairman<br />

of the Turkish council of the Urban Land <strong>Institute</strong> (ULI) in 2007. He<br />

was also the co-founder of GYODER, Turkey’s real estate industry<br />

association, where he served as Vice Chairman in 2004 and Chairman<br />

from 2005 through 2006.<br />

Graduated from Northeastern University with a degree of Industrial<br />

Engineering. He held various managerial positions in Tahincioğlu<br />

Holding and sister companies. He is working as a Bussiness<br />

Development Director of Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul. The Company<br />

is the real estate arm of Holding. The company is engaged in<br />

commercial property development with a particular focus on<br />

premium quality retail, office space. The company’s some assets are<br />

Palladuim Shopping Center, Nida Kule Office Building, Şişli School<br />

building currently used by Notre Dame de Sion’s primary school<br />

division (French School), Pendik Factory building currently used by<br />

Barrows Reklam and others.
