Pantile roof hooks
Pantile roof hooks have been specially designed for use on pantile roofs
and are screwed directly onto the rafters with two or three flat head
screws M8 (depending on load). The following roof hooks are used as
standard for our mounting systems:
• Base plate 180 x 80 x 4 made from stainless steel 1.4016
• Bracket made from stainless steel 1.4301 (30 x 5, 35 x 6, 40 x 6)
• with an overall height of 130 mm and a 9 mm slot
Pantile roof hooks with a height of 40 mm are used with a batten height
of 24 mm and roof hooks with a height of 45 mm are used with a batten
height of 30 mm. For a batten height of 40 mm we suggest rafter shim
of 10 mm.
