Silent Auction Items:
NSCHS BAND NEWS
Thank you to all who have already generously donated items to our Silent Auction. We are asking for each band family to give a
donation for the Silent Auction. Please send in your donation by Wednesday, April 11, so the committee has a chance to catalogue
and itemize the donations. If yours will be coming later, please let Mrs. Farley or Mrs. Arletta O’Neill know. Call Mrs Arletta
O’Neill (941-2218) if you wish to help with cataloguing, display, and selling/dispersal of items on the day of the show.
Tickets:
Please return any Fashion Show tickets ($8.00) door tickets that you will not be using ASAP, as there is a waiting list for the tickets
already. All fashion show tickets need to be in before April 18. The raffle tickets are also to be handed in before April 13, but if
you know you are finished selling them, please return them, so we can distribute them to those who want more. A reminder that
cheques need to be written to New Sarepta Parent Band Association.
Volunteers:
Thank you to all who have volunteered for the many duties associated with this event. A list will be sent home with band students to
confirm volunteer positions. We still need some more volunteers in the following areas:
Supervisors for Fitting Day (WEM), April 16
Supervisors and Drivers for Fittings not at WEM
Set-up and Take-down
Please contact Mrs. Farley if you can help out in any of these areas.
Stores and Fittings
This year a number of the stores are at West Edmonton Mall, but we have had to go outside of West Edmonton Mall to have enough
stores for the show. As a result, we have stores in Leduc and Beaumont. The fittings for the stores outside WEM, will be arranged
individually. We will need parent drivers and supervisors for these locations. On Monday, April 16, we will be taking the bus to
WEM for fittings for stores at WEM. Students need to have their permission forms returned by April 12 to travel to WEM.
.Food:
Please send in refreshments (cookies, cupcakes, muffins and other sweets) during the day of
April 18. Please don’t bring it with you in the evening, as we need to get the trays ready prior to the show.

Monday, April 16 – Fittings at WEM. Grade 8-12 students leaving NSCHS at 3:30 pm and returning around 9:00 pm.
Wednesday, April 18 – Fashion Show and Silent Auction
Gym Set-up starting at 8:30 a.m.
Hair and Make-up starting at 12:00 p.m.
Grade 8-12 Band students stay after school – dinner provided at 4:00 p.m.
