HBAM is saying “Hello 2013” in a huge way! Keeping our members abreast of the latest news is a must &

Legislative Bulletin 

Ranked near the top of the priority list for HBAM is monitoring legislation to keep the housing industry stable 

and protect home builder’s interests. During the legislative session, each Friday a Legislative Bulletin is 

emailed to all HBAM members to keep them abreast of any bills coming forth that could affect the housing 

industry in Mississippi. Additionally, members with the HBAM App will be alerted that a new Legislative Bulletin

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The term “publisher” should refer to Home Builders Association of Mississippi. 

General Policy 

The publisher, reserves the right to cancel or reject an advertisement at any time. The publisher reserves the right to 

add the word “advertisement” at the top of any copy which, in the publisher’s opinion, might mislead the reader as 

editorial matter. The publisher will not be bound by any conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on order blanks 

or copy instruction when such conditions conflict with the regulations set forth in the rate sheet. 

Editorial Plan 

To assure timely editorial coverage that meets industry and reader needs, Mississippi Builder reserves the right to 

change issue and/or article topics at any time. 

Payment Terms 

Payment for any advertisement shall be due and payable at the publisher’s office: HBAM, P. O. Box 3556, Jackson, 

MS 39207-3556. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. Balances can be billed quarterly. Credit card payments 

are accepted. 

Discounts 

Package rates listed are net discount figures and will be invoiced accordingly. 

Cancellation 

Cancellations are not accepted after space reservation closing date. 

Deadlines 

Deadlines are listed on page one under “Editorial Calendar”. 

Ad/Artwork 

Ads must be submitted in digital format only. Press-quality PDF is the preferred file format for ads. All digital files 

and photos must be supplied at 300-dpi resolution JPG, GIF, TIF or EPS. File name should include advertiser’s name.
