The <strong>Hyde</strong> “Service Promise” sets out the standards of service that<br />

residents can expect from us. These standards cover all parts of<br />

the service that matter most to residents. We want to carry out<br />

inspections on our services to make sure that we are meeting the<br />

standards set out in the Service Promise.<br />

If you would like more information about the Service Promise or<br />

would like to receive a copy of the Service Promise leaflet contact<br />

your local Community Engagement team.<br />

Become a Resident Champion and make a real difference!<br />

You don’t need any previous experience<br />

to become a Resident Champion.<br />

Training and on-going support will<br />

be provided before and during the<br />

inspection. All you will need is an<br />

interest in improving services and to<br />

enjoy talking to other residents.<br />

To apply you will need to complete a<br />

short application form which is available<br />

by contacting us on the number (right).<br />

If your application is successful we<br />

will invite you to attend an informal<br />

interview along with other applicants.<br />

What will you get in return? - Resident<br />

Champions receive £100 in shopping<br />

vouchers as a thank-you for carrying<br />

out each project. All reasonable travel<br />

expenses will be paid and childcare<br />

where applicable.<br />
