2009-2013: MEDEX Inter-basin exchange in the changing Mediterranean Sea: Impact on the ecosystems in the vicinity of the Straits connecting
the Mediterranean Sea with the adjacent Basins. (Project MARINERA), Leader of the Greek team.
2006-2011-SESAME EU: 1) Task leader for collection of mesozooplankton historical data in the Mediterranean and Black seas and their analysis
in order to detect changes and trends. 2) Participant in the WP for the analysis of mesozooplankton samples collected in the Aegean, E.Ionian
and NW Levantine seas.
