OPERON ® D 820 – The new standard in the OR
The OPERON ® D 820 is a surgical table that sets new standards in the areas of versatility and quality. With
a height adjustment range of 440 mm, the OPERON ® D 820 provides comfort for the surgeon, whether
standing or sitting. Its 4-module tabletop offers great flexibility in patient positioning. This modular design
combined with the longitudinal sliding tabletop provides excellent access for fluoroscopic imaging. The
load capacity of 450 kg enables surgery of all types even on the largest patients.
The OPERON ® D 820 offers you everything needed for greater comfort, efficiency, and safety for the
patient and surgical team.
BERCHTOLD's comprehensive array of proven accessories ensures optimal patient positioning and ideal
working conditions for the OR personnel. Existing accessories are compatible thanks to the standard rails
of the OPERON ® D 820.

In a class by itself: load capacity
• The OPERON ® D 820 is designed to take a
patient weighing up to 450 kg. All table parts
are designed to accommodate this weight
and the full range of articulation is available
even for patients weighing up to 450 kg
• Perfect positioning even for bariatric patients
Extreme: adjustable ranges
• Extreme low minimum height of 635 mm; the
maximum height is 1.075 mm. Accommodates
the surgeon whether seated or standing
• Motorized (electric) longitudinal table top
slide of 423 mm for optimum access with the
C-arm.
• Seamless adjustable kidney elevator up to
75 mm in height.
• Maximum tilt of +/-20°.
Functional: the design
• 4 section tabletop for optimum adaptation to
various surgical disciplines and patient sizes.
• Tabletop, either of translucent phenol or CFRP,
for optimal X-ray coverage.
• Leg sections, either one piece standard or
short, or a split leg section pair.

comfortable patient positioning.
• Fluid and stain-resistant pad with pressure
relieving properties reducing skin breakdown

Quiet: the operation
• The InstaDrive TM electro-hydraulic table drive
mechanism assists in the movement and
positioning of the table and is activated using
the hand pendant. Slow braking ensures high
patient safety.
• The tabletop has motorized longitudinal slide.

functions.
• Hydraulic backup by foot pump and control
duplication with separate hand pendant

• LED signal for table movement limit, service,
