1. The eXisting surveillance site operated by the<br />

Government of lornel at coordinates _______________ and<br />

a new surveillance site to be conatructed and operated<br />

by the Government of the Arab Republio of Egypt at<br />

coordinates --_____________' , ae shown on the annexed<br />

map, shell perform, under the aegis of the Government of<br />

the United Staten, the fqnot10na of passive visual and<br />

electronic survei1lanoe 1n accordance with the terms<br />

and conditions, of the <strong>Agreement</strong> concluded on this date<br />

bet\1een the Government of the ,Arab Republio 'of Egypt<br />

and the Government of Israel.<br />

2. The maximum number of Egyptian personnel present<br />

at anyone time at the site operated by Egypt, and the<br />

maximum number of Ieraeli personnel present at anyone<br />

time at the site operated by Israel, shall be ________<br />
