BENT DENT RODS WITH BALLS FOR SAXOPHONES 

Used for removing dents from saxophone bows. The rods have one straight and one curved end, both ends are threaded, 

as are the egg-shaped dent balls.

GROOVED DENT BALLS FOR SAXOPHONES 

These balls are drum-shaped, with a groove, so that they can be slipped past the octave tube.

The balls fit onto the end of dent rod no. 597 or rod no.027/2-3.

Threaded egg-shaped balls for removing dents from saxophone bows.

CONE-SHAPED DENT BALLS FOR SAX 

These cone-shaped "balls" are slightly curved so that dents in 

sax bodies are pushed out more easily. Also used for 

straightening sax bodies. The sizes of the cones are overlapping

TAPERED MANDRELS FOR SAXOPHONES 

Mandrels for removing dents from saxophone bodies. The mandrels have a groove on the end 

for the octave tube so that the mandrel can be used in its entire length.

HOLDING VISE FOR TAPERED MANDRELS AND RODS 

This stable vise firmly holds tapered mandrels and rods slightly at an upward angle, 

thus making the work on the instrument easier for you. The use of this vise eliminates 

any downward movement or yielding of the tool during operation.

These bell irons are extra narrow for exact fit on the bell flare. An ideal tool for removing dents in sax bells.

DENT REMOVAL RINGS FOR SAX BOW 

These tools make it a lot easier for you to remove dents from sax bows. Very often you will not have to unsolder the guard. 

The half-ring with ball shaped face is inserted into the instrument, then a straight rod with thread is screwed in and then fixed 

in a vise. The dent is removed by pressing the bow onto the ring. Rings fit straight rod no. 027/2 or 027/3.

SAX NECK EXPANDER 

This apparatus is used on loose- fitting sax necks (and flute head joints and main bodies ) to correct the fit quickly and 

effortlessly. Our expander is precision-made and quality controlled- the faces of the rollers are completely parallel. 

This is the precondition for optimal results. 

No.554 is a “must” for woodwind repair shops!

SHRINKING TOOL FOR SAX NECK 

This tool shrinks loose-fitting sax necks to the exact size. 

It is supplied with slotted sleeves so that it can be used on both alto and tenor necks. A very stable and useful tool.

SOLDERING PLIERS WITH ADJUSTABLE LEGS 

These pliers are extremely useful when you have to do soldering jobs on keys for woodwind or on parts for brass. 

The adjustable legs are quickly and firmly fixed, and the part is held at the most convenient position. The heavy 

base gives this tool a stable hold. The holding pliers are exchangeable easily. 

You need two tools for soldering jobs on keys.

TONE HOLE LEVELLING TOOLS FOR SAX 

This tool set is used for improving the pad seat by filing the tone hole perfectly flat. 

It consists of steeldisks, toothed and hardened, and interchangeable plastic pilots (no risk of scratching the instrument). 

Our set works on alto through baritone and can be used as a hand tool or can be screwed on a bolt and used in a spindle 

(nos. 501, 505/2) or lathe. It works equally well with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. Notice: No 593/0 is used 

only as a hand tool.

This disc is a holder for saxophones (and 

other instruments with a bell diameter 

from 100mm to 160mm, trumpet to 

fluegelhorn) during repair work, polishing 

and inspection. 

It can be turned radially and vertically and 

is firmly and quickly locked in position by 

two levers. Five rubber-protected clamps 

ensure a firm and non-marring grip of the 

bell rim.
