gOing through the Canal and on the Bab a1-Mandab.<br />
The Israelis have not seen this but it will need<br />
to be discussed as a supplement to the <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />
Tab C: Letter on UNEF duration given to the<br />
Israelis last night.<br />
Tab D:<br />
Memorandum of Understanding.<br />
Tab E: President's letter to Rabin as it stood<br />
with disagreed language following your last<br />
conversation with Dinitz in Washington.<br />
Tab F:<br />
Israeli ideas on an Annex.<br />
Tab G: Gamasy's ideas on limitation.<br />

2. There are also the following issues which need to be<br />
discussed:<br />
The Israelis owe us their res~onse on the location<br />
of the Egyptian intelligence sites.<br />
You promised Fahmy to mention fishing rights.<br />
At some pOint, you will want to introduce the<br />
question of Israel not drilling for oil in the<br />
Gulf of Suez or on its coast.<br />
