personnel in the conduct of activitien under thin <br />
<strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />
Article 1<br />
The<br />
Government of the United Statea shall make <br />
periodic reports to the Secretary General of the United <br />
Nations Kith l'espect to the activities of the United <br />
States civilian personnel unde~<br />
Article B <br />
this <strong>Agreement</strong>. <br />
This <strong>Agreement</strong>' shall enter into force upon exchange<br />
of written notioes ot acceptance ~y 'each Party and shall<br />
remain in torce for an indefinite period provided, however,<br />
that the Government of the thited States shall be entitled<br />
to withdra~ if it concludes, afte~ consultation with each<br />
of the other parties, that the performanoe of ita<br />
