used by the US military become available
within the city limits.

site with around 14,5 acres. The site also
contains several parking areas for staff
and visitors. The external areas are landscaped
and the property is accessible via five
entrances/exits on three sides via Berliner
Allee, Holzhofallee and Hardtring. The property
is currently used as the headquarters of
Wella AG, a branch of Procter & Gamble.
Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH was instructed
by Procter & Gamble to sell the property.
