Fully automated inlet flow regulator 

hammermill equiped with magnetic 

field motor, which is, depending on 

the load of the mill-motor, able to 

control automaticaly the running- in 

of the grain. The running-in to the 

mill occurs exactly so that almost 

ever it is fully loaded, but not 

overloaded. The magnetic field 

motor 

Fully automated mill-switchoff 

Consisting of:: 

Steel-housing, extraswitch – stardelta-automatic,switch 

for motor 

protection, amperemeter, completely 

wired, with strip terminal for input 

lead und motor-connection (without 

cable). The automatic switchoff can 

be extanded in case of additional 

order to automatic switchoff – mill 

off – mixer on – mixing time – mixer 

off . 

operats without electronic, so you 

can expect a nearly limitless 

product life. The magnetic field 

motor can also be used without 

automatic switchoff and can be 

installed with all types of sucking. 

Mode of operation: 

As soon as the grain is broken, the 

mill comes in no-load operation, 

the motor reach no-load current. 

In this moment the automatic 

switchoff comes into operation. 

After running out the adjusted 

follow-up time the mill switches 

off automatically. No dip switch – 

so no choking.
