30 to 34 age range, 13 people accessed shared supported accommodation and<br />
eleven accessed individualised community living.<br />
35 to 39 age range, six people accessed shared supported accommodation and nine<br />
accessed individualised community living.<br />
40 to 44 age range, 17 people accessed shared supported accommodation and five<br />
accessed individualised community living.<br />
45 to 49 age range, ten people accessed shared supported accommodation and five<br />
accessed individualised community living.<br />
50 to 54 age range, 13 people accessed shared supported accommodation and six<br />
accessed individualised community living.<br />
55 to 59 age range, nine people accessed shared supported accommodation and<br />
seven accessed individualised community living.<br />
60 to 64 age range, six people accessed shared supported accommodation and five<br />
accessed individualised community living.<br />
Over 65 years-of-age range, five people accessed shared supported accommodation<br />
and none accessed individualised community living.<br />
Organisations used by people in the north <strong>metropolitan</strong> <strong>area</strong> for shared supported<br />
accommodation in 2011–2012.<br />
The following outlines the organisations that provided shared supported accommodation<br />
services and the numbers of people supported, according to the 2011–2012 ACDC (DSC<br />
2012). All numbers have been rounded to the nearest 5 (refer to Appendix B):<br />
i.d.entity.wa supported up to 30 people.<br />
Autism Association of WA, Brightwater Care Group (Inc) and DSC - Accommodation<br />
Services each supported up to 25 people.<br />
Life Without Barriers, Teem Treasure and The Centre for Cerebral Palsy each<br />
supported up to five people.<br />
