The Multi-Equilibrium DIALYZER is a convenient and cost effective tool for 

ligand binding experiments including serum protein binding, protein-drug 

binding, protein-protein binding and protein-DNA binding assays. Each test 

chamber consists of two chambers separated by a regenerated cellulose 

membrane with a molecular weight cut off of either 5,000 or 10,000 Daltons.

This isometric transducer approaches the ideal of measuring isometric 

contraction force without motion. Available in three different force ranges, each

The new Harvard Apparatus Ultra-Fast DIALYZER is compact, easy to use and 

designed to meet the wide range of applications found in research. Ultra-Fast 

DIALYZER has a double sided 24 mm chamber increasing the surface area of 

the DIALYZER. The increased surface area results in greater sample exposure 

and enhanced rate. The Ultra-Fast DIALYZER can be used for a wide range of 

applications including Electro-Dialysis, Electro-Elution, Elution of Proteins and 

Nucleic Acids from Gels and Electro-Concentration. The Ultra-Fast DIALYZER

Membranes are supplied either as dry or in 0.05% sodium azide solution. They are ready to use after rinsing with deionized water and buffer. 

Regenerated Cellulose membranes are more stable in organic solvents, but the MWCO range is not as sharply defined as that of Cellulose Acetate membranes. 

Cellulose Acetate membranes have a sharp MWCO range. They are intended only for aqueous solutions, and the presence of an organic solvent is not recommended. 

Polycarbonate membranes are more stable in organic solvents. They are available in four highly controlled pore sizes for a well defined MWCO range.
