• BMs must be present at cluster at 8.00pm & 10.30pm <strong>to</strong> do<br />
visual check<br />
• BMs <strong>to</strong> fill up ‘BM Roll Call Reporting Form’, sign and stamp<br />
• Names of absentees (boarders) must be written on the form.<br />
• BM Roll Call Reporting Form must be submitted <strong>to</strong> IBP<br />
