Boarding Office
DBE / CM to call Taxi and
accompany the Boarders to
the nearest clinic / hospital
CM to log incident with
the Boarding Office
Medical Emergency
Incidents
(Breathing Difficulties,
Fracture, etc)
Boarders / CM to call the
Boarding Office
DBE to assess & call Ambulance
& inform key staff at Boarding
School
DBE / CM to wait & attend to
directions for Ambulance
DBE / CM to accompany boarder
to hospital
Fire Emergency
Incidents
Upon activation of Fire Alarm /
Discovery of Fire,
DBE / CM to call Boarding Office
DBE / CM to attempt extinguish
incipient fire (if possible)
DBE / CM to ensure all boarders
evacuate their affected cluster
upon hearing the evacuation
fire alarm
All evacuees to move quickly &
orderly towards Assembly Area
(Do NOT use the lifts)
