Net 30 days for credit approved stocking distributors or C.O.D. Prices are F.O.B. Burlington, VT.
and listed in U.S. dollars. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Prices subject to
change without notice. All orders subject to acceptance at Burlington, VT.
Note: All special orders and orders under $100.00 list are subject to
a $16.00 handling charge.
Master case quantities shown. No broken case charge. Tongs and can punches are not available
in single units.
No merchandise may be returned without authorization. Please call for RA#. Merchandise returned
without authorization will be refused. Merchandise authorized for return is subject to 15% restocking
charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Returned goods must be in new and unused
condition and not more than 1 year old.
Note: Before signing for delivery, please count number of cartons and inspect for damage.
If damage or shortage is found, please note as such when signing the shipping documents and
call 1-800-772-2126 within 48 hours. Failure to follow these procedures will result in loss of
credit. Carriers require all contents and original containers to be available for inspection. Failure
to provide this will result in loss of claim.
Prices quoted do not include state, federal, foreign, excise, municipal or other sales or use taxes.
All such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
WARRANTY:
All Edlund products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one year from date of purchase, except where specifically noted. The company’s obligation
under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing without charge any part or parts found
to be defective under normal use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the entire
unit to the factory, properly packed, transportation charges prepaid. This warranty
does not cover knives and gears on can openers. No other warranty, written or verbal, is
authorized by the company. Warranty charges do not include state, federal, foreign, excise,
municipal, or other sales or use taxes. All such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Carrier is responsible for merchandise in transit to you.
Edlund Company reserves the right to make changes in design or add any improvements on any
product. The right is always reserved to modify our equipment because of factors beyond our control
and government regulations. Charges to update equipment do not constitute a warranty charge.
The following are not covered under warranty:
1. failure from neglect, abuse, careless handling or mis-application of unit.
2. failure caused by improper maintenance.

The products and List Prices featured in this catalog may pertain only to the North American
markets (USA, Canada, and Mexico) and any warranties listed herein may be void on products
sold outside of North America. U.S.A. based dealers selling into Canada and/or Mexico on a
direct basis are responsible for all freight and customs costs incurred on products returned for
warranty claims back to their selling location or warranties will be voided.
