The <strong>Hempel</strong> Foundation<br />
The main purpose of the <strong>Hempel</strong> Foundation is to own,<br />
secure and provide a sound economic basis for the<br />
continued existence and development of the business<br />
carried out by the <strong>Hempel</strong> Group worldwide.<br />
The <strong>Hempel</strong> Foundation also supports charitable projects of<br />
a cultural, humanitarian and scientific nature around the world,<br />
especially if they help meet the world’s environmental and poverty<br />
challenges. To make this contribution as effective as possible,<br />
the Foundation focuses on two key issues: the education of<br />
children in need, and research into environmentally<br />
sustainable solutions for the coating industry.<br />
