Profile<br />
Mr. Patrick McAfee<br />
Patrick McAfee is a s<strong>to</strong>nemason <strong>and</strong> author of Irish S<strong>to</strong>ne Walls <strong>and</strong> also S<strong>to</strong>ne<br />
Buildings <strong>and</strong> is currently writing a book on working with lime. He is involved in running<br />
courses in dry s<strong>to</strong>ne walling <strong>and</strong> traditional lime mortars as well as bridge repair. He<br />
has worked at s<strong>to</strong>ne extensively throughout Irel<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> in recent years in the U.S.<br />
An action of Galway County Heritage plan
It is recommended that Course Participants are suitably dressed for the workshop <strong>and</strong> that they wear<br />
sturdy shoes or walking boots, work gloves <strong>and</strong> dress for the weather.<br />
Please note: It is recommended that you book your own accommodation <strong>and</strong> transport prior <strong>to</strong><br />
