SK-HD1000 Camera Head
The SK-HD1000 is a high-performance portable
HDTV Studio and EFP camera.
With its new 2.3 million pixels native 1080i 3-CCD,
the SK-HD1000 provides
outstanding performance.
The camera offers sharper and cleaner HD
images due to its 14-bit A/D converters and
Hitachi’s implementation of the latest digital
processing technology.
The camera achieves outstanding high sensitivity
and a low vertical smear specifications.
High Resolution & Low Noise
The latest generation 2/3-inch 2.3 million pixels
CCD with micro lenses and digital multi speed
signal processing circuits provide a horizontal
resolution performance of 1100TVL (luminance
channel).
Low-noise circuit technology provide a signalto-noise
ratio of 60dB.
Even at high gain, clear images are
obtained with little noise.
The standard sensitivity is F10 at 2000 lx. In addition,
the +24 dB high gain mode, +18 dB digital
gain function can increase the gain up to +48 dB
to reproduce dark images with a minimum
illumination of 0.25 lx (F1.4).

a minimum level of system delay and allow data
transmission in real time. The areas of application
of the Low Delay receiver range from data transmission
through to video transmission for live
events in broadcast application.

Typical Applications
The next generation of fiber technology provides the flexibility to be individually
customer defined. The new system allow to position the receiving outdoor unit up to 1500m with single
Hybrid Fibre cable and 200m with single standard triax cable or up to 100m with 2xCoax cable away
from the indoor (receiver) unit without any limitations. Specially developed for use in mobile applications
and the compact design of the system allows it to be used with the greatest flexibility.
Coax Antenna System
Use a Coax cable connection between the
outdoor Antenna system and the Receiver for up
to 100m (300m or more with Repeater )
Fiber Antenna System
Use a single Hybrid fiber cable between outdoor
Antenna system to receiver up to 1500m.

DR2505HD Diversity Receiver
The diversite receiver has two antenna inputs, in addition to the proven diversity
technology that suppress fading and multipath propagations. Even under the most
difficult receiving conditions, this combination offers the highest possible reliability.
The implementation of latest technology allows the highest signal quality to be achieved
with the minimum of system delay of down to 1 frame at the same time.

Flexible Choice of Remote Control Units
The compact size RU-1000 series remote operation
panel is suitable for news studio use etc., whereas the
RU-1200 and RU-1500 series has many functions for
video control, suitable for advanced HDTV program
production. The Receiver can be used (optionally)
with the Master Setup Unit SU-1000.
