Design<br />

The temperature sensor is screwed into a threaded hole in the container.<br />

Function<br />

The temperature sensor contains a platinum resistance thermometer with interchangeable<br />

measuring element.<br />

The sensor consists of a shield tube, a connection head and the measuring element.<br />

During installation, ensure as accurately as possible that the sensor accepts the temperature<br />

to be measured. Heat absorbed or given out by the sensor is to be avoided.<br />

Resistance default value of platinum resistance thermometer Pt 100 - as a function of<br />

temperature:<br />

Note<br />

The permissible flow velocity for water is 3 m/s.<br />
