After collecting your certificate it is imp<strong>or</strong>tant that you inf<strong>or</strong>m the Police if<br />
any <strong>of</strong> the following occur:<br />
• You <strong>change</strong> your <strong>address</strong><br />
• You receive an extension <strong>to</strong> your <strong>visa</strong><br />
• You move <strong>to</strong> another university <strong>or</strong> college<br />
• You are issued with a new passp<strong>or</strong>t<br />
You DO NOT have <strong>to</strong> go <strong>to</strong> the Police Headquarters in Fettes Avenue,<br />
instead you can visit one <strong>of</strong> the following local Police stations <strong>or</strong><br />
alternatively check the Lothian and B<strong>or</strong>ders Police website <strong>to</strong> find the<br />
nearest Police station <strong>to</strong> you at http://www.lbp.<strong>police</strong>.uk<br />
Remember <strong>to</strong> take all <strong>of</strong> the relevant documents i.e. Police Registration<br />
Certificate, Passp<strong>or</strong>t, details <strong>of</strong> new <strong>address</strong>, etc when visiting the <strong>police</strong><br />
station.<br />
