disease previously diagnosed<br />
and treated.<br />
4. fetal death attended by<br />
midwife.<br />
5. deaths in prison, lock up,<br />
penitentiary, or juvenile<br />
justice facility.<br />
6. deaths during or following<br />
an acute or unexplained<br />
syncope or coma.<br />
7. during an acute or unexplained<br />
rapidly fatal illness<br />
which may be contagious to<br />
the public.
