2020 VISION
Do you want to know what the future of Facility Management
(FM) has to offer? Then join four key industry experts who
will share their vision of future scenarios for FM industry at an
exclusive session at the ISS head office in Copenhagen.
Want to know what the future of FM will bring?
The next decade is likely to be as turbulent and unpredictable as this one,
presenting new challenges and opportunities for our society, our industry and our
customers. Maintaining a competitive edge in the future marketplace will require
vigilance, imagination and the willingness to take decisive action.
The 2020 Vision
The 2020 Vision presents four scenarios of the future, which constitute a future
map. Each of these visions poses its own opportunities and challenges for the
global FM industry. At the seminar ‘2020 Vision – scenarios for the future of the
Global FM industry’ you will be introduced to the four scenarios, and a panel will
discuss which of the scenarios they see as most likely to occur.
This is your chance to have an exclusive day with four key industry experts who will
share their view of the future. You will, of course, also have a chance to discuss this
vision with other participants during a unique dinner at the ISS restaurant at the
head office.
Time & date
The seminar and dinner will take place at the ISS global head office in Copenhagen
on 23 May. The seminar will start at 10.15 and be followed by lunch at ISS.
