Dear Student,
With reference to your application for admission to Start Early Ph.D. Programme of
IIT Gandhinagar, I am to communicate that you have been called for Interview at IIT
Gandhinagar, Vishwakarma Government Engineering College Complex, Visat-
Gandhinagar Highway, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad– 382424, as per the following
schedule:

Instructions for the candidates:
1. Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria
and produce original certificates etc. for verification at the time of interview.
2. The candidates must report at least 30 minutes before the commencement of
Interview.
3. In case of any difficulty with the scheduled dates of interview, you may write an
email to academics@iitn.ac.in
4. All the candidates called for Interview will be paid to and fro single secondsleeper
class railway fare by the shortest route from their place of residence to
the Institute. They have to produce evidence (tickets) in support of their claim.

5. Students joining Start Early Ph.D programme will be considered for
fellowship/stipend based on the laid down norms.
6. OBC non-creamy layer category candidates must bring current year certificate in
original for verification.
7. If selected, you are required to pay the fees and deposits as applicable within the
stipulated time to confirm your admission.
8. The Institute reserves the right to withdraw the admission in case candidate
DOES NOT fulfill minimum qualification / required percentage of marks in
qualifying examination or supplies any false information.

IN ANY WAY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION FOR PH.D. PROGRAMME OF
