The Youth Development Services <strong>Program</strong> receives a set budget every year from state and federal government resources. <strong>Resource</strong>s are<br />
distributed according to need and not as an entitlement. Due to budget limitations, please note the services and benefits described in this website<br />
are available to LA County ILP eligible transitioning youth, ages 16 to 20. Funds are distributed on a needs basis until all funds spent for the fiscal<br />
year (July 1st through June 30th). There are services currently provided to youth, ages 14 and 15 (participation in these programs do not result in<br />
automatic ILP Eligibility). All services provided are voluntary.<br />
