Product Description<br />
Castrol QB 100 is a quick-break degreaser allowing rapid separation<br />
of oil and grease residues from cleaning solutions in line with modern<br />
effluent disposal requirements.<br />
Product Application<br />
Castrol QB 100 may be used in a wide variety of degreasing<br />
applications on all metals, glass, wood, ceramics and concrete.<br />
Castrol QB 100 is ideal for cleaning engines, machinery, automotive<br />
components and workshop floors.<br />

Product Use<br />
Can be used with brush, swab, spray or on an immersion tank.<br />
Apply Castrol QB 100 on the surface to be cleaned.<br />
Allow time for the product to penetrate the soil (5-10 minutes).<br />
Rinse with fresh water or wipe with a rag or paper wipe.<br />
After Rinsing:<br />
Residues should be collected in an effluent pit or sump where oil<br />
residues will quickly separate and float to the surface allowing<br />
recovery in a coalescing separator or other suitable equipment. Oil<br />
free water can then be released to sewer or storm water system in<br />
accordance with statutory regulations.<br />
Caution: When applying to painted surfaces, test a small area first.<br />

As with most hydrocarbon solvent based products,<br />
prolonged contact with skin may cause irritation.<br />
When handling, wear PVC or rubber gloves. Avoid contact<br />
with skin and wear safety glasses.<br />
Wash well with clean running water for at least ten minutes.<br />
If irritation persists, obtain medical advice<br />
Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and throat thoroughly.<br />
Drink plenty of water. Obtain medical advice.<br />
Spills should be mopped up immediately, cleaned with water<br />
and finally dried/absorbed with approved absorbed material,<br />
such as Castrol MOP.<br />

Normally suitable for disposal to landfill subject to local<br />
regulations<br />
Store in sealed container and protect from extremes of<br />
temperature. Store away form foodstuffs.<br />
Caution<br />
Do not use near sources of ignition. No Smoking.<br />
Do not breathe vapours, use only in well ventilated areas.<br />
